Once a part of the old Jesuit College this Chapel of the late 1600 's large but has a simple rectangular shape; It is decorated and frescoed by Legnanino, Gianbattista and Jerome big with scenes from the old testament. It is supplemented by paintings by Andrea Pozzo, Sebastiano Taricco and 6 very nice wooden statues. Warning: it is closed from 1/7 to 15/9, the entrance is located in v. Garibaldi 25 and not confuse it with the adjacent church of the blessed martyrs!

Or stay for three days in Turin, to visit the town and this chapel was one of the most beautiful I admire beautiful frescoes, stucco or seen, fabulous, with a Universal Mechanical Calendar built in 1831 by Antonio Amedeo PLANA, not or ever seen a similar calendar anywhere really nice for whoever visits Torino visiting this Chapel can't have it escape , the people who are genuinely nice and very open, they explain very well both the history of the Chapel, that of frescoes and stuccoes,

Very little known to the people of Turin, this Chapel is a real gem, well groomed and with interesting works. Features a perpetual calendar, a work of high engineering of past centuries

  • Very unusual private chapel. We happened to go during an Opera Master class. Superb acoustics
  • Deserves a architectural study and fine paintings on the walls. Little known monument of Baroque Turin, must see

  • A jewel in Turin. Following the restoration that lasted more than a year, was eventually reopened. Is popular with tourists not only from all over Italy but also from abroad. A wonderful place of worship really to see and attend the many concerts of sacred music and symphonic, all free.
