  • We found this beautiful monument thanks to the Lonely Planet Guide. the description of the country and its cathedral in the book might intrigue anyone, but what effect does live is indescribable! A small historic postcard contains a Pearl of Apulian Romanesque architecture with direct references to the Pisan. The harmony of its façade is something that photographs cannot convey, one can only observe with your eyes facade colors are white and green them clear of different shades. the figurines of the rose window are delicious! It looks like a miniature Cathedral, a unique monument. Then, well worth a visit, especially with a guide who knows the story. Unfortunately we were passing through and we didn't have a chance, but we will most definitely! We walked around the whole of Puglia and this was one of the places that has affected more (along with the Castel del Monte, Locorotondo, Otranto, Punta della Suina, Gallipoli, for instance). We also bought the tarallini troia grapes at the bar standing near the Cathedral ... are yummy!

  • Do not miss this stunning cathedral! The windows, frescoes, and design take you back in time...lovely!
  • His rose is among the most beautiful in Italy and looking at him you can identify and recognize the many figures who populate it. It is one of the greatest examples of the Romanesque.
