  • Beautiful museum well stocked but little known in Via Trieste Cathedral. Admission is free and is open weekdays except Monday morning and Sunday open continuously until 17. collects artifacts from prehistoric times and beautiful ceramic and metal artifacts from the Magna Greece, Etruria, from Egypt, Central dallAmerica, etc. and findings of the karst surrounding us.

  • This museum is very nice. Full of ancient history in the mystical town of Trieste. Warmly suggested to everyone who's hungry for knowledge!  more »
  • During a guided tour on a specific route on the mythological monsters present among the many works on display by the brave and competent Museum curator I could see one more time about this gem. You have added salt and display cabinets have been added recently restored truly beautiful. Definitely worth a visit.

  • Covering different periods of history and civilization: prehistory, protohistory, Greek, Roman, Egyptian, Etruscan, neoclassicism, Magna Greece, Romans, Maya etc. interesting interior rooms, a pleasant garden in which there is also a monument to Winckelmann. Extraordinary events often take place there, such as "archaeology". The ticket office was moved to the entrance of via della Cattedrale, which passes almost unnoticed. It is worth looking for it (you have to go down the street in front of the Cathedral of San Giusto).

  • A museum to visit (like all museums). There are many artifacts and paintings on the history, since ancient times, and how it has affected the development of the city
