Sometimes going in there to be alone with myself and feel the infinite. It is very beautiful, paintings and pictures of Saint Nicholas that leave you speechless. Try to get there when there are religious rites, I found myself in a baptism and weddings. That sweetness. And I was very impressed that the priest and the faithful are all together, without barriers. Must for the tourist. I always carry my guests in Triesteshow original

Overlooking the Grand Canal, the Byzantine revival style building with typical Orthodox structure: a Greek cross and a large central dome surrounded by four small, the Interior is decorated according to the Byzantine canons. Internally there are four very important icons: Saint Spiridon, Madonna and child, Christ the King, the Annunciation, all covered in gold and silver made in Russia in the 800. Outside large mosaics on a gold background and nine large statues including San Gregorio and San Anastasio. Recommended to visit, even in hours of worship (maintaining a dignified attitude without hindrance) the Serbian Orthodox community is very welcoming.show original
