  • The visit includes initially watching a interesting movie, can use to learn about the birth and evolution of the winery. Then we move on to the walking path that winds through the various stages of production. It ends with a tasting of 3 wines (Pearl line has been proposed to us reserve). Wineries we can visit different but this amazed us for the amount of steel vats and bottles. If we need to find a negative note the fact that the Group was too large and sometimes you couldn't hear/see anything.

  • Guided tour of 36 people. Would smaller groups. Rapporteur prepared. Basements beautiful, as you'd expect from Italian excellence. Tasting of 3 pearls (pearls base, black roses and pearls pearls). 33 euros. It seems an excessive thread especially if to accompany the tasting there are 3 breadsticks and a piece of dough (which in 36 people is obviously done immediately without being replenished) and peanuts (peanuts????). In short, given the cost you should invest some more. Also in glasses: you cannot taste the same wines 2 glass. The wine cellar deserves obviously but the price is really too high.

  • The tradition is there, but for the tour and tasting from 33 euro/persona you can and in my humble opinion you have to give more. To sample the line Perl must accompany salumi (absent) and cheese (2 bowls of TrentinGrana) and crackers or other similar baked goods; in this case there were 36 people, and we need personnel, Stoke these fingers food continuously, during the tastings to allow to figure out the combinations, or leave your clients with just a glass of wine in hand. Peanuts, then are a solution for bars which I thought was really out of place and that nothing hit with a sparkling wine of this good standard. From a basement in small medium rank can also accept approximation, but I think it's legitimate to require from the Ferrari of Trento more attention.
