Den Passo dello Stelvio mit dem Rennrad zu erklimmen ist eigentlich verrückt. Doch die Belohnung, die einen oben auf 2757 m erwartet ist die Mühen und Qualen wert. Apart from the high volume of traffic and the carnival atmosphere at the pass, this road is always a trip worth and I can only recommend it no matter with which means of transport. Most impressive is probably the Ortler which perched almost 4000 m height above the pass.show original

But the view from the climb and the arrival at the top are worth the overheating! We made a stop at tibet, who had finished in the clouds (the day wasn't the best and it was really cold) and we also had the honor to see an eagle. The descent offers way to focus less on Judah and more about the scenery but always attention bikers!show original

This neither the midst scenic nor the nicest pass to ride, it is also very crowded most of the time, yet it's totally worth it.
Fantastic road on the Swiss/Italian border. If the weather is clear the views are incredible, and the driving is some of the world's best. Great road trip material.
Ride a bike and not been here! You haven't been taking it seriously. Bormio a good place to set off from and hire a bike. The other side is the classic 48 bends. Both for a full day's entertainment.
Love hillclimbing by car. But straight - u-turn - straight - u-turn - straight..... absolutely boring... Try those amazing roads of Corsica instead!
Fantastic climb on my bicycle in summer awesome fun
