  • Is really impressive to see this fire in the middle of the field. The flames following the wind and it seems you can't turn off. Curious kids and is also nice then read along with them what is in reality, history and folk beliefs of yesteryear (available on internet)

  • By the time we wanted to find this place, not very easy to find in the hills of Tredozio and thus we ventured since a day midweek, rather grey and perfect for this purpose, looking for this rarity. I let the words of my husband, Simone Fagioli, who wrote a brief blurb. "Not far from Tredozio, in Romagna, there is a fountain of methane, also known as" the world's smallest volcano "(although the volcano is not). Is also known as "the pit of the devil." Methane comes out of a rock fissure and ignited naturally burns in all conditions (summer, winter, rain, Sun, snow). The first written mention is of the 16th century, but was known already before. Has a double value: as charming and natural event as a social event. Imagine the inhabitants or travelers of the middle ages who stood in front of. " Worth researching and visiting!

  • Basically you get to an abandoned farmhouse you park and about a hundred metres across the fields you will come to a small pile of rocks and stones where fire comes out ... the show is about it but if you plan on coming out of the fire from those stones from many, many years the What seems really weird .... pretty much Burns day and night for years! It makes you think! do not think you will find lava or lava but is a fire coming out of the Earth ... sheltered by rocks and stones ... in winter warms up!

  • A completely surprising attraction in a beautiful place rarely visited by tourists. The views from the hill are magnificent and the burning fire is amazing.
  • You Can always find new people and share your stories around the fire
  • A spectacular bonfire from a natural gas vein
  • Fire walk with me...
  • Natural source of methane gas that keeps the flame alight. A small and amazing gift from nature.
