  • We took a guided tour with a good tour guide who told us about the production of the famous local wine and its history. not to be missed

  • The guide told us about the history of Marsala, Marsala wine cellars, and the Florio family and the interplay between them with a passion that takes the listener. Very interesting the switch between these barrels smell, see storing and eventually do the tasting. All very good

  • The winery, its history and how it has been told I'd give 6 shot if I could. If you intend to switch from Marsala commettereste a crime not to book a tour and tasting. I'm honest and I have to say that in the tasting was disappointed. 4 types of wines presented in my opinion too far apart and in a sequence that is difficult. We say that is a taste I suspect commercial motivations. It would take much longer and much more attention to appreciate the fantastic products of this important enterprise. I hope in future to have the opportunity.

  • Founded in 1833. An historic landmark
  • Excellent guided visit, brief but not that brief explanation of the cantine's history. The only missing point in the explanation would be the detailed process of the marsala technique but if you ask the guide she'll be able to answer every question you have. After the visit, a degustatione of Marsala and some other wines with proper food combinations
  • Offer a good guided tour.
  • Loved this wine tour of Florio in Marsala. Great history attached to the Winery. The scent of the wine in the barrels was something else. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. And we had some wine tasting near the end. The shop attached to the winery has been designed beautifully. The town of Marsala is also quite beautiful. I wished I stayed longer in Marsala. So friendly.
  • Must visit if you are in the area. Get to see incredible cellars with gigantic barrels of vintage wine and liquor. And end the tour with wine tasting and inevitable shopping for more bottles
