Sono stato alle Cantine per il giorno di ferragosto insieme ad amici.sono rimasto molto colpito dal prodotto delle mani del Dottor Caggiano che ha portato in quella Cantina opere d'arte con semplici b... read more »I've been to the cellars for the day of August with friends. I was very impressed with the product of the hands of Dr. Caggiano which resulted in that cellar artwork with simple casks destroyed. We did the winery tour with step by step explanations and I, despite myself, I had never had such comprehensive explanations on topics unfamiliar to me. We had lunch in the family farmhouse, same Caggiano: and here the libido! Great lunch and doc wines are outstanding. I bought the wine I decided to drink very sparingly (the prices are not high and roam for less than 10 euros to 20 euros). The only two flaws? The cellars are too far from my house (I live in Melbourne) and Denise ... the waitress model who unfortunately was already busy! Recommended, and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.show original

Definitely five stars for this winery. We had the most delicious dinner here with at least 4 different kinds of wine and what seemed like 20 courses. So much good food we had trouble finishing it. Loved it!!
We've been here twice with USO tours guided by Aldo and loved both experiences. Antonio (owner) always shows up for photos and to sign the wine bottles/boxes. The Falangina and Becher are wonderful whites and the Taurasi is amazing (closer to Cab-Sauv). We will not forget our time in Italy, savoring the locally grown, freshly cooked lunches (american sized dinners) at their agritourismo in their their shaded outdoor patio and indoor tables (mere steps from the beautiful cantina).
Giuseppe BarbatoA wonderful guided tour of the cellars, accompanied with a glass of wine ... the Aglianico di Taurasi.show original
