  • Located at the crossroads between Viale Magna Greece and the beginning of Via Dante, is a church in Taranto, inaugurated in 1970. The structure represents a vela "which is reflected in the water of the three tanks in front of the entrance, symbolizing the sea. The façade is composed of two parts: a front, rear and 35 metres and a long wide 87, set 50 metres from the first, and consists of a double wall 40 meters high, replacing the perforated traditional dome. The upper Church is able to host 3,000 people. From the ground floor leads to the side of the crypt. The interior walls are covered with white plaster and wrinkled. The high altar is made of stone; the side facing the faithful is clad in iron painted green. Magnificent!!! TO VISIT ABSOLUTELY!
