  • The Park is very cute and fun to visit with many machines of Archimedes. Nando is a monster of "Ostomachion", unable to keep up with him! CINZIA, besides being a guide prepared, was very kind to to drive us below the flood and to show us a great bakery! A greeting from Valentino and Julia

  • We visited the "Technoparc Archimedes" at a time of low turnout, in fact we were the only two visitors. We are then joined together while visiting other guests. The admission price of 6 € is justified by the constant presence of a guide that explains one by one all the contraptions invented by Archimedes, and that for one hour will take you to discover the "faithful" reproductions of the projects of the scholar native of Syracuse. The guide who drove us to the halfway point (before being replaced by a colleague, for shift change) was really prepared and enthusiastic, and well-run three Brits who had then need translation. Overall the visit was pleasant, there are small gazebos useful for keep in the shade during explanations. Only two notes: Mr. Nando at the ticket turns out to be a bit intrusive in ways of doing both buying tickets, that of game illustration "Ostomachion" (he tried to sell the game to the English, for € 16, doing initially believe it was a gift). Finally, some areas of the path could be treated more in terms of cleanliness and most importantly, it would be nice to greater interactivity between the guests and the contraptions! Visit we recommend.
