  • I highly recommend a visit to the cellar with wine tasting or lunch. You learn to know better the territory with its treasures and the professionals that are behind all this. The barrel room and the gallery that ends on the rock.

  • Spectacular wine cellar design and x innovation. I loved both the enchanting surroundings let x be the good wines tasted. The menu planned for the occasion of the visit delighted the palate with typical and nibbles with a yummy tartlet with seasonal vegetables. Discreet salami. Delicious Crepes with asparagus and the ultimate Cinzia cake. A sweet awesome. Congratulations also to the staff polite friendly and helpful with mention to silvia and the waitress equadoriana of our table ... the smile made women.

  • Saturday I had lunch after the guided tour in the cellar. We were a group of a hundred people during a car rally. Lunch was just enough both in quality and quantity. What struck in a totally unfavourable was the service. The aperitif with snacks to take with your hands, no napkin, fork or saucer to lean on. Take a seat at the table was served an amuse bouche of sausages without bread ... arrived within reach next. The number of plates was counted, so no bis, not even to ask. Given that he was treated the combination of courses with wines, to dessert we had to drink a red full-bodied, the famous Petra, more did not arrive. I am very sorry to have to give a negative rating to the table service because the kids were willing but totally unprepared as waiters. Ladies have never been served first and many times you've had to get the scope because they were forgotten. Since we paid € 50 per head expecting a restaurant that he wasn't. Should be served only wine tasting and forget about catering. Definitely not recommended, there are pretentious and local farm better.

  • Winery visit highly recommended, based on an idea by Vittorio Moretti translated into reality by the genius of Mario Botta. Exhibited photos of Oliviero Toscani. Range of bottles of the territory, give it a try. Thanks congratulations to Foo D'Alessandro, Jay M & Enzo Ebby. Shared experience with Daniela Scrobogna and students of the third Executive Master of Wine Bibenda Rome Cavalieri Hilton Monte Mario. Best wishes.
