  • I often go to Suse, small city of Piedmont at the crossroads of the road to the pass of Mont-Cenis and the Montgenèvre and the Fréjus tunnel, the city has historical sites, including the remains of Romans, the triumphal arch of Augustus, an amphitheater, an aqueduct, the middle ages with a monumental Tower, its cathedral in Romanesque style, with its arcades downtown of small bars and restaurants is quiet. pizzerias serve delicious dishes. In summer a festival of folk groups is held in August.

  • Wonderful Alpine basin behind Augusta Taurinorum (Turin). We have been to find dear friends and our eyes showed a glimpse of lovely story. Roman vestiges, the indelible medieval period's incessant singing ' still young Dora Riparia and the surrounding peaks make whitewashed Susa Crown a single gem of this extraordinary and misunderstood Italy

  • Recently restored, dates back to the first century BC to consacraee the Pact concluded between Augustus and the Kings Cozio di Segusio: this Pact, which recognized the rights of this small Kingdom, gave her years of peace thereafter. Beautiful mount Rocciamelone that the arch frame. Very interesting the dedication and the frieze located above the lintel.
