  • Amazing how much history you can find in Susa. Very vell preserved amphitheatre. While Susa is a small town, not so easy to find, but worth searching as you will travel in time through old Roman walls...  more »
  • Even the Roman Amphitheater is a gem and is still exploited x medieval games. The surroundings, a beautiful green lawn, could be enhanced by more

  • Beautiful amphitheatre, open easily and can easily be reached after passing by the Arch of Augustus and the remains of the aqueduct. Looking good on the right of one of the entrances there is a stone with an inscription surely of Roman, what also reported from one of the explanatory signs (unfortunately faded). The place is very impressive, and placing himself at the Center turns out perfect acoustics for those who definitely spoke from there before the fighting began. To Visit!

  • Not much to see really
  • Interesting place for its history, but maybe it's a little neglected, especially indications and explanatory signs. You could enhance a lot better!

  • Rediscovered after a long period under ground and again used in summer for concerts and some folk dances manifestaziini as gold and the palio di Susa chestnut. Lack of maintenance as well as explanatory panels in various languages by now old and burnt by the Sun. Access is unfortunately not always assured, I found it often closed in the morning.
