  • I was passing in Sulmona ... the temple deserves a visit recommended. The effort of the climb is lifted by the panorama of the peligna Valley.

  • Are the place and although part I want to express my personal opinion because I am offended by some of the statements that I dare call racist. The Temple of Hercules as the Hermitage of Celestine V are uniquely beautiful and peaceful places and they can enjoy a magnificent view of the whole valley. Even taking a picture would make justice but read this: "you have a region rich in history, but not only that you keep hidden for you all, let go! I hope that gradually things will change for the better! With all due respect and in respect to the Abruzzese who don't fare very well! " Is an offense. The Vandals there are in the Abruzzo region as in the rest of Italy and the world, if the region or better yet the State earmarks funds to enhance places like this we don't blame nn can I wake up one morning and go to cut the grass or to replace the signs because I get a fine, we don't leave go of our region , We don't KEEP IT hidden, we do our best with what we are given. Viva l ' Abruzzo, Sulmona alive, not always look with a critical eye, but respectfully so maybe behind a faded you'll also notice our childhood ...

  • An archaeological site that should have more resonance than it has, to the importance of the remains and the beautiful natural environment in which it is located: admission is free and completely without control (green light Chavs the uncivilized unfortunately abound), weeds that cover the Roman ruins of this temple, a few blocks information signs. Classic Italian waste, what a pity. The view is awesome, further stab to those who-like me-appreciates the art and our heritage.
