The guided tour is enjoyable and comprehensive. Begins with a short video on the production of balsamic vinegar; continues with a visit to the vinegar factory itself, situated in the attic, ending with the taste of two Vinegars (one "basic" and the other extra old ... the latter spectacular in its explosion of taste). Takes about an hour and time flies ... and all this for only 4 euros each! Not to be missed!show original
