  • Sorrento is the peninsula that gives the love. • Composition of the Correale Museum is a passion ... love the decor, the memory, the detail and craftsmanship. The Palace invites you to enjoy peace with the harmony of a Mediterranean landscape and unique in the world! The steep and rocky coast writhing at the sight of those from the entrance to the Palace passes immediately to the garden and a door ' nana ', for optical effect bizarre, leads to a roof garden where the mocking little scream of gulls on duty seems to welcome. That shine on the sea of Sorrento ... torna a Surriento. ... there becomes convinced, more than are appropriate the verses of the famous song. It's funny how, once in the building, you are familiar with rich who, with dignity host 17th century furniture paintings ranging from the 15th to the 19th century, archaeological and Capodimonte porcelain, especially school. the brothers Alfredo and Pompeo Correale, counts of Terranova, bachelors, wrote in his will that upon their death all artworks in their possession accumulated over the years by the family, didn't get lost and then proposed the creation of a museum. Tell me a little bit ... but isn't this a story of love. marina de martino from Naples

  • A lovely museum tucked away well worth the walk. Great views crammed full of treasures.
  • Attended a wedding there. Well organised and lovely venue. Don;t know what it was like as a museum as opposed to a wedding venue though.
  • If you like woodworking or marketry then this place is a must, just stunning work
  • Watched three tenors perform here.
  • Remarkable artefacts on display here. Certainly worth a visit.
