Another home to visit if you do tourists between Parma and Piacenza. The dwelling is still inhabited by the family of the prince, so if you visit a part, the most majestic and important... Which is simply fantastic and well preserved. A small negative note: The exterior façade is not at the height of the interior. The Fortress belongs to the family MeliLupi and is still inhabited by the prince we had the pleasure to know. It is a dwelling full of frescoes, stuccoes, gildings and important furnishings. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable. The Tour is guided and the entrance costs 9 euros. Very prepared Guide. Not To be missedView original

Very bad state of preservation; ugly exterior and garden. Admission price too high. Fotos are forbidden: an unfair discrimination against honest amateur photographers, given that there are dozens of (stolen?) candid shots in the internet. Very bad.

Beautiful. It's an actual palace in a small Midvale town. Very unique and definitely worth a visit

Rocca, Castle, residence......... A show! The visit starts from the ground floor, entering immediately an explosion of colours, stuccoes and gildings. All of course original, also and especially in the furnishings. Then Passing through the church and the Poets ' Gallery. Upstairs the glitz is just amazing!!!! Great point in favor, driving throughout the visit.View original
