  • I often come to Sirmione but I hadn't seen this beautiful church. There are some remodeling Center and the detour we did come through here and I was really happy, the Church is small but very nice with ancient frescoes and a nice garden of olive trees there is an impressive monument to the fallen with a central Bell ... a nice corner of Sirmione, don't miss

  • The Church of San Pietro in Malvino, the oldest of Sirmione, is reached by a short walk uphill, leaving the old town and heading towards the Grotte di Catullo. With its characteristic gable structure, presents interesting frescoes in its interior. Very nice Bell Tower.

  • The Church of San Pietro in Mavino, Sirmione, is placed not along the tourist route classically path from the masses, but thanks to that enjoys rare spirituality. The Church has very ancient origins: according to tradition, was built by the local fishermen, but the first documents to mention is a manuscript of 756. The building has undergone several reconstructions, either in the Romanesque period, of which the Bell Tower dating from 1070, which in 1300. It's definitely worth seeing, as well as the Bell Tower to the same standing as well as the "Julia Bell" sounding only on certain occasions in the year in memory of the fallen of the war.
