  • Tonight I was a guest for the first (and last) time for a birthday at this Winery and was very disappointed by the disorganization of the staff. After a couple of hours of festivities I decided to leave and once I arrived at the entrance to the first hateful snag: the bouncer tells me I can't leave because I should receive a particular ticket out of the Hall staff (unavailable or busy at that time)! I return then to the table to find a waiter until I can block one (the one with glasses, extremely grumpy!) that informs me of not knowing whether the birthday girl had paid the Bill, by withholding so that ticket out. Ridiculous!!! At that point, avoiding unnecessary (but instinctive) scenes, I decide to stop one of his colleagues, that fateful ticket passes me without delay in order to exit the premises. At last!!! In this regard I warmly thank the staff for making me feel like a thief! I missed how experience! I recommend you to take a look at other reviews, maybe one day you'll be changing the regime.

  • The institution Enoteca Italiana, Italian wine culture memory high idealism, was betrayed and violated in many ways over the years. Unfortunately there are no signs of a desirable ransom. You enter and you sit on the terrace, cluttered with all sorts of robe, chairs, plastic tents and asks himself: "who you have white wines, by the glass?" Answer: "Grenache or prosecco." "Ah!" This is the degree of communication and information and awareness in the Temple of wine. Instead of a priest fervent zeal Mystic, a waiter bored and unaware. And then the restaurant MilleVini. Beyond the reviews of inappropriateness on how it is handled, with no apparent "constraint of mandate", the restaurant offers dishes made from good quality ingredients and a middle level. The problem is parallel to that of the Enoteca. While the maître appears knowledgeable and attentive, the waiter should bring a coffee, so is motionless. The beautiful terrace is scarred by an ugly, useless, plastic tent. In any cold country, would have been enough umbrellas raincoats and some fungus. But not here: it is believed that the user (potential) is the type who appreciates more than a Festival tent rather than drinking a glass of wine in the embrace of the Medicean walls. Finally, also because of the horrid tent buio in sala! Few and not beautiful floor lamps that force you, even in the daytime, you squint to see what you have on your plate. Do vobis ...
