Specialty Museum
A small museum with a big heart, Museo della Memoria e del Territorio attempts to trace the collective identity of Siculiana by displaying a diverse set of items related to its culture and traditions. The curators have made major efforts to bring the exhibits to life through a multimedia approach. See photographs juxtaposing displays of agricultural tools, and spend time in the sections covering religion and World War I. Housed in a historical residence of a physician, this museum provides an intimate introduction to the region. • Delightful surprise in the village of Siculiana. A museum all white very welcoming. This boy is prepared and guides us through the different sections of the small museum with enthusiasm. Video also shows us the territory. Very intriguing part about Erbesso. I also like the section on black crucifix, I had just visited the Church where you can admire. The photos date from the locals make for a lively memory of past years, some are funny, some poignant. Would def recommend.
