  • Among the fertile mountains of Versilia Seravezza is located along the Van with its palazzo mediceo. The latter is a 16th-century shapes and clean lines and elegant. This little gem, a unesco world heritage site, regularly hosts exhibitions of Tuscan painters and a permanent museum dedicated to the work and to popular traditions. If you find yourself in Versilia do not miss the opportunity to visit this building because it's simply worth.

  • Palazzo Mediceo in Seravezza is worth a stop. The main building of the complex of the Medici's Palace built by Cosimo I de ' Medici, Grand Duke of Tuscany between 1561 and 1565. Cosimo I used to stay there when he had to go to the mines and marble quarries. Grand Duchess Maria Christina of Habsburg-Lorraine stayed long in the Palace. Some events are held in the front lawn, like-for example-Enolia.

  • For those who are in Seravezza I highly recommend a stop at the Medici Palace, where in addition to a beautiful garden, often the scene of local craft exhibitions to visit the Interior there are often art exhibitions, the building is gorgeous at all times both during the day and lit up at night! Must see!

  • Historical building owned by the Medici family but probably already existing in the Lombard period (although smaller), filed with the other Medici villas UNESCO World Heritage site currently hosts inside the library and the Foundation's offices Medici Lands on the ground floor, while the first floor is used for exhibitions that are organised periodically, as well as for conferences (in the fireplace room , registered to Cosimo I de ' Medici). On the second floor there is a wonderful Museum of Ethnography which displays objects of labour and life in common use until the early 1950s. You should also visit the nearby Ducal Stables where we organize exhibitions, lectures, concerts and other cultural activities.

  • Visited on the occasion of the retrospective of Franco Fontana under Seravezza 2016 Photography. I was speechless for both locations that obviously for the photo exhibition. I hope I can attend to other initiatives of this kind.
