  • Between Punta Braccetto and Scoglitti there is an infinite number of farms with a myriad of greenhouses. and among a group of greenhouses and the other at some point of the highway you will find an old structure that says Coco Beach. Follow the dirt road and parking can be found on the cliff and especially the beach (besides the barrino)! The beach in front of the bar. to the right of the parking lot overlooking the sea is the most suitable for families and with more life. There are networks to play volleyball or tennis (or tambourines ... this year are back in style old tambourines) and there is a wide beach. For those who love peace instead should go left. and down the cliff. From there begins a long narrow beach with dunes. and you are right you ... more in solitude ... but you'll have to also contend with the grimy spread by people uncivil that despite invitations around on the beach by legambiente and the Committee for clean Club haven't had the sense to leave the beach. Such a shame that it is so ... and that no one will take the trouble to put it right. The sea is crystal clear. and the Golden Beach. There would be every reason to become a top spot. Too bad it doesn't interest even those who live there. Hopefully, noticing ... FREE CLUB! FREE CLUB!

  • Located near Scoglitti but is in territory of Ragusa. Is a long golden sandy beach less than a kilometer enclosed between 2 reefs: that of Canalotti in Punta Braccetto and the Club. It is located within the area managed by the forest service. I will go there a few times during the summer to "collect" mussels, but only with their bare hands, without tools. Are very few know but not far from the beach are the remains of the only fortified Mediterranean Neolithic village, and then, in the world. I hope that the region and the other agencies can issue the necessary authorizations to make available on the site at all. Meanwhile we enjoy one of the most beautiful and unspoiled beaches in Italy.

  • The Club, managed by Forest nature reserve, located between Punta Braccetto and Scoglitti. We had, however, some difficulty finding it to the absolute lack of directions. Luckily we met workers who were working in one of the two parking lots in front of the reserve and we asked about them. It is overlooking the Sea (beautiful beach with towering dunes) and consists of a forest of pine trees and many varieties of trees including the kermes oak, eucalyptus, Myrtle, Cypress and other species of the Mediterranean (the Leopoldia, one of the many protected species, is present only in this area). The reserve is also equipped of a bath, shower, barbecue (8 seats), etc. Ideal place to spend a relaxing day at the beach.
