  • the upper part of the city is not so distinctive or interesting, but it sure makes a beautiful view of the spectacular sea, the final part of the Calabrian coast heading towards the Strait of Messina and a blue horizon that never seems to end, between sky and water.

  • Offer excelent view over the sea. The colors of the sea in the Chianalea da Scilla are absolutely heavenly. It is a awesome Italian square to meet people, have a walk and a talk and to see great views...  more »
  • Piazza San Rocco offers a wonderful view, a postcard of Scylla that lingers in the mind. The Strait of Messina, Sicily, the Ruffo Castle and the sea of an intense color showing in their beauty. The landscape has nothing to envy to the most famous seaside resorts of Italy, nature in this place was very generous but also man must make its contribution taking full advantage of the wealth he has on hand.
