  • The Museum is located in the municipality of Sciacca in Sicily, was commissioned by a person who loved art, and in my opinion did a great job both in the context where the Museum either as specialties of the theme. I recommend to all those are in the area to take information and go visit.

  • A sea of stone heads, that instead of worry at the thought of cheery character who could do all this ...

  • The story of Filippo Bentivegna and of his heads was a pleasant surprise. The Museum (you can call it that) in the open air is divided into some sort of "Labyrinth", whose paths are delimited by faces that come out from stones and trunks. Fascinating, intriguing and a little creepy for the incredible number of works and for the nickname given to their author. "the madman of Sciacca". Between Christmas and new year set up the Nativity scene and we will come back with the kids.

  • Curious, poor guy was definitely not sane.
  • Unusual but very interesting art, the artist has determined 1000 stones heads eingemeiselt and situated in a large plot. Unusual but definitely worth a visit. There you can get something to drink.

  • A unique and fascinating place. Very well kept but, personal opinion, it's not really accurate to call it the Castle. Draws a little misleading
    View original
  • Actually there is no Castle (and absolutely nothing about enchanted), but only thousands of faces carved in stone and wood. Practically it is testimony to the folly of the sculptor, and it is quite disturbing. A location worthy of Dario Argento

  • To visit. Beautiful sculptures carved on the stone. Breed of faces, different from one another, creating an effect crowd inside the place ... sort of a mystery is hidden in this garden. Please feel free to join him.
