  • Nothing like terracotta artifacts, ceramic-later used as means of artistic expression-... has accompanied mankind throughout its history and in all civilizations: pottery, dishes, hydrias various containers. based on their processing, foggia, polychromy, ornaments etc. have an inherent emotional and evocative value that goes far beyond the so-called enhanced reality and world virtual digital. Therefore, banal if not "distracting" the little Hall of mirrors for those wishing to begin the itinerary from there, to know the Museum with the opening line "media tools" (first floor). I cannot understand how it could enhance my perception of a vase or a bed-pan if capsized and reflexes to infinity! It is true that in the adjoining room of the teche "touch screen" media operation is much more effective: the object overlaps hologram history, pictures and descriptions, fostering continuous voice emotions. Unfortunately, the presence of two cases and four works in the one room (and lack of seating) would compromise much usability, if you have two or more visitors (strange, didn't think of)! The visit has properly beginning from the second floor onwards (until 4th), only to return to the first to see in theaters 15 and 16 works variously collected and dated-very fine-including the mermaid reclining (sea creature) by Parini to popi earn exit Aonzo. The Museum offer is extensive, engaging and important historical and cultural realities is the exponential savonesi and albisola everyday. Oh yes, you can't help but notice that the ceramics of Albisola, Savona and have their own separateness, especially in more recent times (the last century) and you wonder why there isn't a "Museum of ceramics in Albis (s) ola", maybe just at the headquarters of the old station, else "unifier" of the two municipalities! Returning to visit the Museum, how not to deprecate the use of cards (cards museums) removable hard to read for the inevitable overlap of lines in the ever-changing observation floor work/paper, without taking into account that it is often necessary to use at least three different cards to complete the examination of the Hall ... as holding playing cards whose reading "obbliqua" forces a tedious typing. But the classic and simple footnote captions work!!?? Also it happens you find visitors intent on read-in seat-hanging-the cards and it's not nice to rescue them-or store-while reading them! (strange, not having thought of it). Fit for purpose and easy to read are explanatory signs instead of individual salt ... Although I missed out (according to others there was just) a description of the imposing and absurdly beautiful artwork of Maria Galfrè Bonelli: Kaki Tree (third floor). Other works: water nenufarie idria catchphrases (third floor) and the big dish of ravioli (fourth floor). Less interesting 13 room dedicated to contemporary art, except, of course, Martini (maternity) and F (the dancers). Getaway!, and review.

  • Rated slightly higher than the picture gallery which is included in the ticket price. Disturbing, even here, the presence of staff irritating; to make you understand, I ask my husband, softly, at the end of the visit: "what did you see where it comes out, where do you go?", and while he answers, the staff speaks to him over from the other room (!) responding in his place. Also, anytime you correct on the direction to take, without letting you ask them anything. It feels so much with eyes on you at all times and it takes pleasure to visit.

  • A modern and attractive layout for collections of ceramic masterpieces from Savona and Albisola. A museum that has been missing until now. Friendly and helpful staff. Charming old building in the historic centre of Savona
