  • Argentera Valley is an enchanted place. It is appreciated in spring, when the thaw opens its beauty, in the summer, when nature is lush and towering mountains that surround frames. In autumn, then, everything is tinged with red, the atmosphere becomes more attractive, and you forget to be one hour from Turin. Fascinating to explore by bicycle, motorbike or car, stretches for kilometers amid Mountains that offer every opportunity to walk, from the most demanding as the path for the Pelvo or Ramiere, simpler ones, which then surprise you with their beauty, as the walk to the Lakes of Fioniere. And when you return from walking or from trips, you can always stop for some Shepherd, to buy cheese that we certainly used and see in supermarkets. For mountain lovers is a place not to be missed.

  • Always lovely Argentera Valley. Landscapes, extreme nature, hiking and biking trails. Wanting private camping (not free). We come here at least once a year to buy typical cheeses directly from margaro.

  • I remember the beautiful and uncrowded. Beautiful always is, but unfortunately the access of cars has ruined this corner of mountain. People parking everywhere, in defiance of bans on parking outside of places reported. Also continue to walk as I did, it means eating a lot of dust, because those who arrive by car goes too fast. I'm fine with that the mountain is all but in this case or you put a limit on access (type limited hours) or better set up a shuttle as it does in France (see Nevache). However if the municipality wants to gain out of this place, which at least face do audits to verify compliance with the rules. Doing so prevents the Valley becomes as any square in Turin.
