  • The way to reach it is already in itself is beautiful. From the top you can see huge waves crashing on the beach and on the rocks. Lovely natural spectacle

  • The beach is in front of the abandoned mines by the homonymous name which offer a very impressive. The sand is composed of pebbles mixed with materials of old extractions. Clear water and emerald green with waves rising fast, great for snorkeling. Even in August you will find easy and parking is free. At 40 minutes from Stintino. Beach services limited but present: lifeguard, beach, beach bar.

  • The beach of Argentiera is nice but don't swim when the sea is rough for the danger. Seeing the old mines. Very nice is Porto Palmas which is located a few Km upstream of Argentiera and following a dirt road we arrive at a beautiful beach "the landslide" but difficult to achieve. Along the way there are numerous coves

  • An interesting, although far from perfect place. Old mining buildings give it a weird lunar feeling. There are three smallish beaches with a bar, flanked by a huge concrete structure hastily built to stop the nearby terrain from collapsing into the sea. Not the most beautiful place but not ugly either, worth a visit on one of those Sundays where most of the other places are packed.
  • Very interesting place, the only fault of the beaches is that they aren't sandy but the water is crystal clear and ideal for snorkeling or immersions
  • It's ok. It is a beach of small stones. I had good time but Sardinia can offer much better
  • Interesting mining site
  • No sand. Small rocks. Major promenade is being constructed. Blue clear and deep water. Restaurant/Bar on the beach, no vegetarian options.
