  • It would have been nice to be able to visit as it is included among the most beautiful Ligurian churches and it was disappointing not to see the cross of Maestro Guglielmo, one of the oldest painted wooden crosses. We had to settle to see it from the outside and, at least for my taste, the Bell Tower is the best part because expert view and unpretentious, the oldest. I believe that such temples of great artistic value should be accessible, especially in periods of course best suited to tourism and in the afternoon, so not particularly uncomfortable.

  • The visit to the city means a walk through the historical centre. There we find the Basilica relatively simple when compared to the numerous basilicas found in Italy. But anyway it's worth entering.

  • Beautiful, must see dwelling on every detail steeped in history. A curiosity: the huge organ that covers half the rose window on the façade, it wasn't always there. Originally there was the splendid organ that is now in the nearby church of St. Andrew.
