  • ... Unfortunately desolated in "off season". Open one catering, however animated by very kind people. Well marked and easily reached along the road from Cuglieri to Santu Lussurgiu, the place is an oasis of quiet tranquility, between trees and clear waters. Wide and well laid out also the picnic, although apparently laid up and waiting to be put back on track, in anticipation of the spring season or, more likely, by the summer. Also the beautiful Romanesque church is unfortunately closed (I was there in late February), however a good didactic apparatus let understand the importance of religious and architectural site. In short, a route to follow in the right season, in order to better evaluate!

  • Renowned for its healthy climate in comparison to the coast. For this reason it was built in the 12th century a hospital run by the Knights of Malta to treat returning from the Crusades. Very beautiful Romanesque church that is palpably secular presence of order alongside shady Park Westmorland
