  • Climbing on the Aspromonte of Reggio the landscapes change from the warm coast switches to mountain climate with its views. Aspromonte is a mountain massif with mountains not very high: between a thousand and two thousand meters, but that falls on every side overlooking the sea to be done via the Aspromonte is eating the famous "buns" bread forms fill as desired (Eggplant under oil more or less spicy salami, capocollo,, pecorino, olives, etc.)

  • I've been in Aspromonte on a group of amateur explorers, a great experience that I can only recommend to everyone. The panorama that reaches the sea opens the heart. to see.

  • Less than half an hour to change world. It's my third visit, always in motion and always a pleasure. Picturesque landscape, breathtaking views that are lost on the Ionian Sea and the Tyrrhenian Sea, Sicily and Mount Etna. Saturated colours, imposing and dense vegetation. To go far and wide, gracanici villages, waterfalls, Wrists, the beautiful roads in the forests, then the character of the premises, Calabrian traditions, customs and food. Probably not yet famous and popular like nearby Sila or the Pollino, but has nothing less, in fact.

  • Nice terrain with monolothic trees and steep hills.Great for walking and other outdoor activities. In spring empty.
  • Had a very nice BBQ with friends, who came over from England
  • Very good location for hiking but you should check with the park officers for the track markers etc, so are well marked, some are not.
  • One fo the best place in Italy. Aspromonte Natural Park has a 1800 different species, various climate areas, an unparalleled culinary tradition. This is the place were mountains and sea meet, were you can ski in front of the Mediterranean sea. I strictly recommend to visit it in every season.
  • A beautiful place to visit....
