  • The attack on the unique ecosystem of Amendolea, the most beautiful River in the province of Reggio Calabria is staggering! A few meters from the cartel that introduces the Fiumara and the National Park of Aspromonte there is trash of all kinds, including washing machines and animal carcasses, as you can see from the photos, a few meters from the crystalline beaches and from the icy waters with moorhens, rare endemic willows and oases of waterfowl. Happens in the municipality of Condofuri Marina, which defines common virtuoso for the management of waste. Because an ordinary virtuoso tolerate this? And why do you tolerate the off-road vehicle from entering the river and people do Wild camping in the Park? It's a crime against an environmental heritage unique in the world and against tourists who have come through here to reach the beach! We hope that the complaint be considered!

  • The landscape really keeps its promises, and no doubt I have given it a 4 or 5 if I had borrowed more than 20 km a "road" taking more of the path not travelled as the road, forcing them sometimes to remove the stones on the courses, entret Bova and Roccaforte del Greco, to see the abandoned village (we understand why...) of Roghuda. Too bad because "otherwise" Aspromonte is staggering.

  • The posts are very beautiful and equally poorly maintained. Breathtaking views in a context made of roads destroyed and full of potholes and garbage everywhere. Poor Garibaldi!

  • Beautiful how, took about 1.5 hours.
  • It is good palace
  • The Aspromonte National Park is a very special place. Setting and high mountain vegetation is in stark contrast to the sea and from the top you see. You can see the Strait of Messina in its beauty, Sicily and even Etna and the Aeolian Islands. If you go to Mama, the highest point on the Aspromonte, about 2000 m high, there is a statue of the Redeemer and from there you can see on the left the Ionian Sea, the Tyrrhenian Sea with the Aeolian Islands to the right and in front of Sicily with Etna which seems to float in the clouds. The country is Gambarie, full of typical mountain stores, lodges, and restaurants offering a really good food and quality. Is a major ski resort. Usually there is always a little fair in the main square.

  • Lovely place ... Shame about the poor maintenance of the structures used to picnic and the general indifference of who uses them.

  • Beautiful places that if only they were more treated with more intense intervention of forestry, they wouldn't have anything to envy to the most famous alpine resorts.
