  • Fascinating museum located in the palazzo dei Duchi di Camastra in Santo Stefano di Camastra (ME), where you can admire, among other things, both everyday objects of the past-such as mugs and various containers (for salting anchovies and cheese), jars for olive-both a multitude of majolica tiles, magnificently decorated by hand. This is also a section that houses works by contemporary artists. Recommended visit.

  • Visit unorganized earlier but the occasion for other destination we stopped and I would say we were excited for the peculiarity of the exhibits. It's worth it

  • Wandering through the country in an early Saturday afternoon in mid November, we came in front of the square in front of Palazzo Trabia. Get the employee to open, and we discover that the mansion, austere out, houses a Museum of ceramics. Both the building that the material we found spectacular and unmissable. A Palace overlooking the sea, with a tiny but colorful garden. Some criticisms are true read here, that to be a Museum (private though) often lack indications and explanations (not on the first floor, on ceramics of ancient usage, Lemmi, cantari tummuli, etc.), and even English is contemplated. Nevertheless, this all is forgiven for the enormity of beautiful things you can see. The admission price is symbolic (2.5 euros) and if you are lucky enough to be the only visitors at that time, you will have the illusion of having the Palace just for you. Enjoy terraces and views. Highly recommended.

  • Ground floor looks like a pottery shop, first floor deserves restoration
