  • The Grotto is situated in Santadi. By Pula is 47 km and approx. 55 min drive. By Chia approx. 40 min. Alone the ride through the mountains and the serpentine is an experience. Arrived in the parking lot at the foot of the Grotto get you tickets for 10 euros per person down and blows again about 3 min to the entrance of the cave. The guide was very friendly and spoke Italian / English. Think this is different depending on the Guide. The cave shows some 600 million old rock formations. Stunning, 100% humidity. It's like a trip back in time. Unique in the world! The tour lasts approx. 60 min. We are still speechless, incredibly beautiful. About the TShirt but should be something to the pull over to take, some female guests were most freeze at 16 degrees.

  • I searched for information about the visit, the timetable for the visits, starting from 1 January, is shown at 12, while when I arrived (thankfully in advance) I found out that it started with the September schedule, then at 11. In addition to the ticket office you will find a bar and a restaurant. Cost of admission 10 €, for groups 7 €. The Guide, as well as show us, without much conviction, shapes that resemble various beings, more suitable for children than to us adults, tells the story of the cave, so detailed but simple for the visitor. Therefore very pleased both for the great beauty of the cave, which for the guided tour. The Guide showed me the nearby site of Pani Loriga, where you can visit an important Phoenician-Punic settlement, if you to the caves, go for it, it's worth it.

  • This place is spectacular! Full of wonderful minerals that have been shaped over hundreds of millennia. You could set a time lapse camera for a hundred years, and when you speed it up, little would have changed. The grotto is full of different caves, and each has a story to tell via the minerals. Also, in the summer, the constant 16 degree temperature is welcome respite from the heat. It is a little out of the way, but it's worth it for a journey back in time.
  • Very impressive, the tour guides took the time to explain everything in great detail.. And in English
  • Open late in the morning and close from 12 to 3p for their lunch. Ridiculous establishment. Would give a 0 star if I could.
  • Spectacular
  • Красиво, но цена немного завышена
