  • Older Phoenicians have been able to choose the place where you found the city! Really great place both for the views but also because it does well imagine how people lived in the city on time. Impressive arrival after 14.00 hours of fishing boats in the harbour under the ancient city.

  • of course, it is not Pompeii but beauty and the conservation status of most of the ruins provide a visit most welcome. then the view from those places is really cool

  • The site extends over a rocky mound that dominates the sea, gradually climb a long Roman road lined here and there of monuments. At the bottom of the site, it is also the access, there is a small charming Museum. At the end of the course, at the highest point, facing the sea, the theatre, which dates back to the middle of the fourth century BC. The analemma (the peripheral support wall) form a polygon that surrounds a perfectly semicircular cavea. There is little remains of this theater, but still enough that the archaeologists were able to reconstruct a portion of five contiguous stands in the lower part. Sit for a few minutes here late in the day for a lasting memory.
