  • We left our car at the Mountain Shelter Forni and we walked in the direction of the Branch, about an hour's walk, we had lunch then set off towards the trail glaceologico alto which brings you to the foot of the glacier. Here you are esattaente where the river Frodolfo. It's all very fascinating, even if you see that you have reduced the glacier. Continuing are suggestive Tibetan bridges passing over the river Frodolfo, nothing dangerous but it's cute cross over the river. Leaving the glacier we continue along the path that leads back to rifuguìio ovens. On a sunny day is a not to be missed.

  • Recommend the "high" glacier trail uphill. Is spectacular: the view over the Val Cedec, Provided, glacier formations. Truly a book of geology. Rifugio Branca would expect a slice of cake.

  • We did the trail for arrive at the shelter Branch and I can assure you that the walk is really enjoyable. In about one and a half hours we arrive at the shelter along the Creek. There are no hills too steep to do except perhaps the last piece that leads to the refuge but nothing that requires excessive effort or training. I really recommend it to everyone from fit for families with children. The location is also very well marked. Made in September.
