  • Although she couldn't physically go to the Bunker, I must say that the path of memory is something very interesting. Documenting a minimum I found out anyway what is hidden inside the mountain. Carved into the rock the bunker 40 years wanted but ended much later and almost never used, and retains its charm. Interesting precisely this path around the mount Soratte where you can see the various entrances to the bunkers and some residue of war put on display. It's definitely a charming walk, especially on a nice sunny day. The location is relaxing and has wonderful panoramic view and especially food for thought. With good preparation is possible even by bringing children, teach something of the past without boring them beyond that. The conservation status is OK although I think are working to make it even better. You may want to see any timetable for the visit of the bunker, which I succeeded but I saw some very interesting video. We recommend absolutely comfortable shoes and clothing training simulators.

  • The bunker is well preserved, almost we can immerse ourselves as could be life in there. The Association that it is doing a great job. The Guide showed great professionalism and passion for his work, which also plays at no charge, and a lot of sweetness with our kids. I recommend it to everyone, with the recommendation to bring hat and jacket (it's very gracious!!)

  • I admit my ignorance, but I hadn't the faintest idea that Soratte there was a bunker! I came to know of the place from a sign posted on the gate of the entrance of the area in front of the bunker, I booked it, mainly for my husband, and I must say the truth war enthusiast who loved me too, both for the site is for the guide who took us back in time thanks to his knowledge and his love for the place. Recommended for both adults and kids.

  • An interesting place to visit for those interested in history since the second world war until the end of the cold war. The visit is made even more fascinating by the story of the great guides that accompany the visitor not only discover secret places, but also stories, anecdotes, facts and myths that alone would deserve a book, which actually was published by the Association.

  • A bunker interesting where the World War II and the cold war are mixed in a single underground superfortezza able to defy the passage of time. Particularly important is the first week of may where to mark the anniversary of the bombing is staged a reenactment with people in uniforms, weapons and vehicles. The whole thing is then accompanied by a show plane.
