  • I highly recommend visiting this brewery if you're in the area. Bruno tells you about how his dreams became a reality and former IT guy became an award-winning brewer. While English is not his first l...  more »

  • Mmm
  • What about heaven. I'm a beer and beer taster here I like. Around work and I try different restaurants also high quality and on 3 continents and eat here I like. Of course if one thinks of a tavern of Brasserie with poor food ... go elsewhere: this is from God

  • I drink this beer from 2010, when the brewery was born and I was the first customer of the tasting room in Saint Ambrose with a birthday dinner. The climate is welcoming to all ages, food to suit all tastes and beer that is not beer but Ambrosia 😎 (for the uninitiated is the nectar of the gods). I am fine and all friends family colleagues but mostly Italian and foreign clients are well despite you're talking about a tasting room and enjoy dishes at the table. Congratulations guys. Compliments always.

  • Characteristic place setting and style of the room. But the highlight is undoubtedly the quality and amazing flavor of the dishes. The superlatives in this regard abound: highly recommended the platter of cold cuts and cheeses accompanied by a unique jelly beer, but if you come here you must try pork shank! Just one word: awesome.

  • A very friendly, large craft brewery, well organized and fairly priced. The positive notes end here why wait 25 minutes for a table we had reserved isn't the greatest. Worse still serve beer in warm glasses as you come out of the dishwasher (pass a moment under the water?). We tried 5 different beers and not one after being tapped had any traces of foam. Much better to take the bottled beers.
