  • The Beach the conch, is located on the north end of the village of San Vincenzo, on the Etruscan coast. Certainly, it is no longer that of my childhood. First, the excessive enlargement of the Marina Beach, erosion has produced also a number just as excessive concessions to the bathing establishments, made entirely or nearly impossible to find a space of open beach. Typical family beach, with a number of tourists represented mainly by owners of second homes and many houses to rent for the summer months. If you want to enjoy the pleasure of the beach establishments, we must go much further than the Piazza del Sole and walk for a while, until the last bathhouse. From there, up to Montreal, it's all free beach.

  • Walking into this shore is definitely preferable to Caribbean Islands or other exotic locations.

  • The last bathhouse on the North coast of St Vincent is the conch. The bathhouse is very well kept with beautiful furnishings and quality. All very clean and tidy. Accept dogs on leash. We got into this wonderful end of September with our two greyhounds. For lunch we decided to stay and have to say it's worth it. The hotel bar restaurant is very nice, spacious, clean (bathrooms impeccable) and furnished with great taste. The staff helpful. Excellent opening spritz, made an excellent prosecco; then, from greedy for pasta, we opted for the spaghetti vongole and bottarga, special. Per second, with the idea of keeping us on the light, my wife chose linguine with calamari and I paccheri with Octopus both excellent. Diet respected. Interesting the seconds part of the menu we will try in the future. Good wine list and prices in line with the perceived quality. By frequestare assiduously.
