  • Wasn't planning to go there, but, having seen on a brochure, we said "why not?" ... and it was really a surprise. The fortress is managed by a group of guys with a passion admirable and enviable, have set up environments with an attention to detail made possible only thanks to a deep knowledge of the medieval period. The result is surprising and excellent. Really congratulations to the boys!

  • In FAI spring days (25 and 26 March), this facility was also open on Sunday. We paid € 5 apiece for admission with guided tour included, in my opinion a really honest, such a nice girl who has clearly explained the path to follow. We visited the area inside the walls and observed a great Outlook, then we headed inside the fortress where waiting for us a guy ("Cargill") that accompanied us in the various rooms of the fortress explaining many things. The guided tour was very interesting and very easy to follow, the guy has never been dull indeed has told several curiosities and also was really prepared for any question in historical context. It will take approximately 1/1:00 and 30 to complete the visit. We left the car in the free parking near a church and the Inn "The Valley", then we continued on foot and with a short hike slightly uphill we arrived to the fortress. I highly recommend a visit.

  • Absolute must if you are in the area. Medieval evocations in Italy have ever tenenkrullend for whom in this area has seen everything, but this is really very well done. Separately, are also sympathetic people you like to explain a thing or two (in multiple languages).

  • Beautiful location. Amazing guided tour from a very knowledgeable person.
  • Well worth a visit. Not the largest fortress but it is well staffed during tourist season, has a lovely taverna serving drinks and light refreshments. Much of the fort is decorated and fitted out as in the old days, giving a nice flavour of the place on it's hey day.
  • Beautiful ... After such visits to castles and fortresses in Trentino the nicest I found around the House! And I am not exaggerating because, thanks to very experienced and knowledgeable people as well as available and concerned questions of visitors, I spent a beautiful day in guided tours ranging from culinary traditions of medieval battles being able to touch and try thanks to the various workshops organized. An important resource for our area, a heritage to keep with this passion demonstrated by various operators. Thank you! I recommend having a snack in the "Rat Warrior" site inside it, accompanied by a good Mead or a traditional drink.

  • Maybe not the biggest structure of time visited, but no doubt a whole wonderful day, passed between interesting guided tours, demonstrations, direct evidence and reconstructions of medieval times. Staff very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. At a price that most honest so you can't ...! There is also an Inn with food and beverages also dating back to medieval times. To see, and a sincere congratulations to the organizers, who have done everything with passion and in a very particular (tests with bow and machines for siege!).

  • The work they are doing Diego (castellano) his wife and her relatives is absolutely extraordinary. Fund a reconstructive plant of the genus with the only funds derived from entrance fees in this country where the policy only deals with fiddles and oil is absolutely fantastic; and you see that it is done with love and passion. I want to thank this guy for his carriage that oozes from his tour and the hilarious launch with the Trebuchet. Him and his goes all my respect. To anyone who reads this review does not explain other: GO for IT! It will be a real sorpresa......se you enjoy history!
