  • Small medieval town along the Val d'Orcia, with two separate nuclei of the Castle and the village surrounded by walls. The collegiate church and the Horti Leonini.

  • During our tour of the Sienese hills we made a short visit to the historic core of this tiny medieval town, which extends along a single road on which all the main buildings. Having arrived at sunset we didn't have time to visit the famous "Horti Leonini", however enjoyed the atmosphere created by the many Windows lit by braziers lit Christmas decorations and at strategic points, around which you can find relief from the cold. Smaller, and consequently less rich in attractions of other villages in the area, worth a stop.
