  • The ruins are wonderful to explore. It is amazing that people were able to survive by hiding in the caves. It is very sad what we are wiling to do to each other for a piece of land.
  • Absolutely little known and valued for the memory it offers, is the Italian version of Oradour sur Glane in France, although more small. The staff (young, maybe volunteers) were the Portuguese Fort, and made a pleasant visit.

  • It is ideal if you are passing through. We have fur children attending primary school who have been raving about. It's a good one to visit a cultural place without their kids feel pressured and oppressed by the weight of too much culture.
