  • The master failed to excite my 4 year old daughter to her first approach to snow. After about 25 minutes of lesson my daughter no longer wanted to know nothing. Thank goodness the second day I changed with the other school present in San Martino di Castrozza and I did the week. The price reported in the first instance by the master in the end proved to be more expensive than 2 euros when I paid the Bill at school. Surely the 2 euro does not enrich it deplete none, however I thought it was cute ...

  • My experience with this school has been disastrous. They asked me to pay for the order. Naively I did although it would have been more correct to ask for a down payment and the balance at the end of the course (as did the ski hire shop next door). The total amount of €. 350 included 3 days of lessons for 2 children plus a lesson from 1:00 per adult. Unfortunately the third day one of the children had fever and therefore could not attend. I mentioned this problem immediately that morning to the Secretariat and asked that it had refunded the day held (50 EUR). They told me that I should have a medical certificate (surcharge 30 €.). I pointed out that I had the right of withdrawal and I did a self. Nothing, intransigent! They decided to keep the €. 50 and didn't even deign to respond to the email for clarification sent. Keep out!
