The finest bakery in the Primiero area. Delicious brioche, and my favorite coffee in town. On Sundays, they make fantastic semola and integrale loaves of bread; it's a good idea to reserve them ahead of time, as they do sell out. The staff are very kind; we look forward to visiting them every time we visit the area!

Sono un'appassionata di dolci e ho lavorato in una scuola di pasticceria, preambolo per dire che la mia recensione nasce da un'esperienza nel settore. Non mi soffermo sulla qualità dei prodotti di base e sull'utilizzo della pasta madre, perchè cadrei nello scontato essendo l'eccellenza, ma sui prodotti finali che vengono venduti. Io porto sul palmo della mano i macaron di Davide, li ho mangiati anche nelle migliori cafeterie di Parigi, nelle backery londinesi, ma nessun macaron regge il confronto con quelli di questa pasticceria dolomitica che uno dovrebbe esaltare per strudel e lienzertorte. Mi sono innamorata della pasticceria mignon, dei panificati e del cioccolato.. sono opere di artigianato favolose, dal gusto eccelso e raffinate nei particolari. Ovviamente con questa recensione non voglio assolutamente parlare male dei dolci della tradizione trentina.. anzi! sono meravigliosi! Poi una dolce nota positiva sono i grandi lievitati.. i panettoni sono divini!

I am passionate about sweets and I worked in a pastry school, preamble to say that my review was born from an experience in the field. I do not dwell on the quality of the basic products and the use of the pasta, because I would fall in the obvious being the excellence, but on the final products that are sold. I carry the macaron of David on the palm of my hand, I have eaten them even in the best cafeterias in Paris, in the London Backery, but no macaron holds the comparison with those of this dolomitic pastry that one should exalt for Strudel and Lienzertorte. I fell in love with mignon pastry, bread and chocolate.. They are works of fabulous craftsmanship, with excellent taste and refined in details. Obviously with this review I absolutely do not want to speak ill of the sweets of the Trentino tradition.. Indeed! They're wonderful! Then a sweet positive note are the great leavened.. The Panettone is divine!
