  • Enjoyable experience for everyone: pedestrians; professionals, amateurs, improvised; children, couples, elderly. Of course you should check and fining hereand cyclists going at full speed, threatening to overwhelm anyone. Starts from San Lorenzo and arrives in Ospedaletti, almost always with a sea view; pity that in the area of Taggia when there's a little detour for repairs.

  • The track is beautiful, goes along the sea. breathtaking view that distracts you from pedalling. The can make anyone even those less trained, the path is very simple. We rented the bikes, there are several rental outlets, everything is explained very well on the website. I would recommend to check that there are no scheduled walks and marathons on the day you decide to take the track, Sunday we went, for example, there was a race/Marathon and the track was closed for a while; We continued along the Aurelia but if we had wanted to take only the bike path would have to wait an hour! Anyway I looked at the bright side: I didn't do the same road both directions on the way back. Excellent cleaning and maintenance, a good sport Sunday sea view!

  • The view is beautiful, walk around the promenade. For those who had not the bike there is a possibility of afittarle, of course you can go on foot. There are several bars and parking areas to stop and admire the view.
