  • in this museum is not very well known. I visited during the event Lights as an artist. In the ground floor are placed relics of the prehistoric age. Upstairs there is the Roman art. The staff is available to give information and it is also prepared. It's worth visiting this museum which should be promoted especially when extraordinary events occur during the Christmas holidays.

  • Reached almost accidentally walking through the alleys of the old town to have noticed perhaps the only arrow Cross signage throughout the visit. A trove of collections, exhibits, news that deserves to be better known and advertised. Do they satisfy the two ticket security personnel who devote themselves in ancillary information and news (origins of the place, owners of the building, changes and transformations over time, etc.) that would be just as useful if organically summarized in a sign or better in a brochures. Not to be missed.

  • The Museum is in excellent condition and is rich in exhibits of ceramics, jewellery, utensils. Can be about an hour to wander around the Museum.

  • The exhibits are interesting, but the show is under construction and lack of all the explanations

  • One of the main museums of the city, easy to reach and in the historic center. The distinguishing feature of the place is the "head of Apollo" but in General, despite the small size is well cared for as Museum and gives an overview of the various evolutions of the city of Salerno and its province and territory.
