Well, my visit to the Minerva garden is a confirmation. Having a cutout of an hour or so to spend in Salerno where I was in transit, having nothing better to do I wanted to trust the Trip suggestions in the maze of Ipanema and I climbed all the narrow streets of the old town of Salerno to this place which I immediately found it delicious. The Botanical Garden is spread on terraces with a myriad of medicinal plants-many of them-and it's especially well cared for. While walking along the small paths of terraces, you can enjoy the beauty and you become intoxicated by the scent of medicinal plants, uncovering some plants that you know just the flowers. A place rich in history if you think of the great legacy of the medical school of Salerno, place that has at its core a mini herb shop that also serves herbal tea you can drink on the spot, sitting on tables in the first terracing, perhaps with a good book. A wonderful surprise which I recommend to everyone!show original

Stefano FresoloneThe garden has so much potential because of its strategic location from which you can admire a beautiful view of the city. Could be kept better in the management of the attractions and the treatment of plants. Ideal to spend some time away from the hectic city life.show original
