We had the spa with our Hotel packages and we enjoyed 2 times 4 hours. Staff were nice and the spa itself is nice, relaxing and various. The place will need some refurbishment because we can see that.... more

I’ve visited this place in the past and nothing to say about the SPA, nice and relaxing environment. However, the customer service is the worst, they actually don’t even know what that is. They have very rude uptight staff at the reception, also tried to get in contact to them by phone and email… gosh a nightmare, I have called over literally 30 times, no answer, when they picked up were unhelpful and so rude! No way the lady was going to listen to my enquire without interrupting and talking over me. They’re multiple different spa in north Italy, very much worth of your visit more than this! So sad, a beautiful place in the wrong hands.

Great way to spend half a day. Large variety of indoor and outdoor pools and jacuzzis. And amazing views of Aosta valley.
