  • Liberty building surrounded by a small park very nice. In the structure were shot many films (once upon a time in America, I ragazzi di Via Panisperna, Seven criminals and a Dachshund etc etc).

  • Is one of the attractions, understood as a property that represents an epoch, between buildings that characterise the district building that takes place between the via Nomentana not far from Villa Torlonia, Piazza Bologna and the Umberto I hospital. Built at the beginning of ' 900 (along with the nearby Villa Mirafiori, now home to University Faculty and therefore somewhat transformed from residential use), is an elegant Art Nouveau building. Entrance through a monumental wrought iron gate that leads through a small garden to the arched portico which forms the entrance to the Villa, and certainly the most valuable architectural element and effect on the visitor. This portico has two elegant columns and is dominated by a terrace, also served to give a shelter covered carriages carrying the guests at the entrance of the Palace can be visited because it hosts the institutions linked to assistance from religious institutes and the dissemination of music. An element of curiosity is that the House has hosted and been the setting for numerous films, from 4 mosche di velluto grigio Argento film Pierino, some Horror films, many of the Italian comedy of the years ' 80, especially the staircase and entrance and elegant Interior rooms.

  • The House was built in 1907 by commendatore Domenico Crepi-following allotment – just in the area where there was the Villa and Park Mirafiori residence of Bela Rosin. In personal terms, Rosina Vercellana later became Countess of Mirafiori and Fontanafredda. That was none other than the official mistress and, later, morganatic wife of Vittorio Emanuele II who lived here during the period that the King stayed at the nearby presidential palace. The House is set back from the street front from which it is separated by a garden and an imposing wrought iron gate that protect it from the street. An elegant portico with central arch-both sides open and covered terrace, gives vent to Central falling frontage than the two lateral bodies. The main building is in Baroque style, which at the time it was fashionable, dissolved in some ways with the language of liberty. Consists of three storeys gaudily decorated with cornices which form the compendium big Windows, protected by a balustrade, which are overlapping stucco decorations consisting of swags and scrolls. The interiors, particularly the Conservatory of Sant'Eufemia, hold various artwork type: an Annunciation by Cesare Nebbia, Sant'Eufemia di Andrea Camassei, a gilded silver head of Saint Martina by Pietro da Cortona. The staircase leading to the first floor houses a canvas by Ottavio Leoni. For these reasons the churches which they possessed were destroyed or demolished. The building is home to some relief organizations, type Ipab (Restorative care and Charity, public institution somehow derivation of the Conservatorio di Sant'Eufemia,) Fondazione Arts Academy (Accademia Internazionale di Musica di Roma), Center for Juvenile Justice and Mediation. Returning to the title, the Villa Crespi was the subject of internal setting for dozens of films. Which is why location scouts for movie sets recognize the cottage so much charm and ability to create the magic atmosphere of the shoot and shots, you have to come and see for yourself, here. Good scores, namely average +++. The House can be visited on their own, without using bindings, if you prefer.
