  • A cottage located on the lungotevere de ' Cenci, in the Ghetto, one of the ancient souls of Rome, separate and contrast as ambient and architectural style d all nearby buildings but, then delving into his project realize that was built here in the purest style liberty to subvert the three centuries of neglect that the district had undergone. This building wants to be open to the Tiber and the city, as it was not previously granted, a work of art nouveau to Ezio Garroni of 1914. You hit for the four frescoes by Zina top corners of the façades, but the three floors closed by a sloping roof, bear the characteristic floral liberty inserts; We report the stucco trim moldings and railings and gates, wrought iron that stands out even in the gutters. On a side note to the woman's head above the lintel of the entrance door, the lion heads and ceramic tiles. A small elegant terrace on the first floor above the open loggia, triangular shape suggests the idea of the bow of a ship to sail in this past century many dramatic events for the Jewish quarter. This building eventually was set at two notable Italian films, Bertolucci's the conformist and "investigation of a citizen above .... the Petri dish.

  • Corner via del Tempio-early 20th century art nouveau villa, is contrasted with dignity to the synagogue of Rome in the same period. With the restoration and recovery of light colours are highlighted: stucco and bas-reliefs; pictorial elements on the façade and the iron gates and fence. All the facades are elegant in its decoration and represent worthily the artistic period.
