  • Truly a recommended visit for a journey through the history of this House and the present destination of the Academy of France at the service of the artists of the world. Very interesting the way, really good who is explained. A tip: stretch to half an hour time to visit and break it with a stop, for the needs, offering coffee to guests. You can get two more dollars but the visit will be much more pleasant.

  • A piece of france Rome, a view was breathtaking and a refined garden. Giving the tour.

  • Villa Medici and the highest point of Rome. Since the beginning of the nineteenth century is home to the Academy of France but without doubt the villa has always represented the power of the most glorious Florentine family physicians. Beautiful gardens

  • Villa is nice, guided tour is well done, but you need to be a serious art lover to enjoy it - the whole story revolves around previous and current artists and their works inside this academy.
  • The Villa's website fails to clearly explain that a guided tour is the one and only way to visit. Also, a tour in English is only available once per day. A tour in French is available six times per day. Maybe six times more French speakers visit? I am sure the villa is very lovely but I was robbed of my visit by poor website information.
  • Stunning setting and beautiful Renaissance architecture. The gardens are perfect for strolling and observing all of Rome, and the Romans themselves. Fountains, statues, and loads of places to just sit and read a book.
  • Espetacular
  • Looks okay but info on tours is difficult to come by
